About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is equally comfortable architecting a complex SQL query as they are wiring up an interactive jQuery interface. You will work across the full software lifecycle, building and enhancing web applications using ASP.NET, C#, T-SQL, and jQuery, while collaborating with a tight knit engineering team that values clean code and pragmatic solutions.

This position is limited to candidates living in Ohio to maintain close collaboration with the engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server databases including stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web interfaces using jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop server side functionality using ASP.NET and C# across the full request lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into well structured data models and clean application code
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize query performance, and continuously improve application reliability
• Contribute to AI driven development efforts that enhance both internal and customer facing software solutions
• Participate in daily team meetings, sprint reviews, and code reviews in an Agile environment

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years of hands on experience as a full stack web developer
• Strong SQL Server development skills including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database design
• Solid frontend experience with jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Working experience with ASP.NET and C# (Web Forms, MVC, or Core)
• Comfortable owning features end to end, from database schema through UI
• Solid understanding of object oriented design and modern software patterns
