Sr .NET Full Stack Developer

- Design and develop cloud-native applications using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Functions
- Modernize legacy .NET applications into microservices-based architectures deployed on Azure
- Build and enhance full stack solutions using React, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and REST APIs
- Monitor and optimize application performance using Azure Monitoring and related tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to evaluate architectural approaches and deliver scalable solutions

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably in financial services or enterprise environments
- 3+ years of experience in developing Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform with ADO.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, procedures, triggers, functions.
- 5+ years of experience in web application development, Web REST APIs using .NET Core, Entity Framework; UI development using Bootstrap & CSS Style, JQuery, JavaScript.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends, including professional experience architecting and operating solutions built on Azure.
- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and fault-tolerant system design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience in asset management or financial services domain
- Experience acting as a technical lead or subject matter expert (SME)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design patterns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $117,000, depending on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
