🎯 The Role

As Creator Success Director, you're the heartbeat of creator campaigns inside your pod. You own the full creator stack — sourcing, performance management, onboarding, and execution accountability — for some of the biggest DTC brands in the world.

You'll build elite creator rosters (40–70 per brand), manage daily post velocity, swap out underperformers in real time, and make sure every creator knows exactly what they're doing, when, and why.

This is not a relationship management role. This is a live performance machine — and you're running it.

→ Data-driven: you use analytics to identify winners and cut bottlenecks fast

📌 What You'll Own:

• Build and maintain high-performance creator stacks with creators generating $10K+ in 28-day GMV in the brand's niche (targeting $60K+)

• Outreach, negotiate, onboard, and brief creators fast with clear goals and expectations

• Audit creator performance weekly — scale winners, replace underperformers proactively

• Coordinate with Content Coaches to keep quality, feedback, and pacing tight

• Track all deliverables and ensure your pod hits (and exceeds) daily/weekly post quotas

• Keep your pod aligned with real-time creator data using our creator CRM

✔ Every creator posting daily — ideally multiple times per day

✔ 100% of campaign deliverables hit on time (200% is the real target)

✔ Underperformers replaced before they become bottlenecks

✔ Your pod runs smoother and faster because of your speed and proactivity
