Program Manager – Data & Master Data (MDM)

Location: Cleveland, OH

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview:

We are looking for a Program Manager to support delivery across a growing data organization, with a strong focus on Master Data (MDM) initiatives.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end program delivery, help bring structure to an environment that’s still evolving, and drive alignment across multiple teams and data domains.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own delivery across multiple data programs outside of analytics-focused teams
• Lead program initiation, discovery, planning, and execution
• Manage and coordinate MDM-focused initiatives across teams
• Establish structure, cadence, and accountability in areas where processes are still being built
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across teams
• Directly manage program resources and support team development
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and keep programs moving

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong background in program management (not just project-level)
• Prior people management experience (direct reports)
• Experience working in data environments, ideally with exposure to MDM or data governance
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build structure
• Strong executive presence — comfortable leading conversations and driving alignment with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in enterprise data transformations
• Background in consulting or large-scale program delivery environments
• Familiarity with data tools, governance frameworks, or MDM platforms
