Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director โ Rehab Services to oversee and support rehabilitation operations within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. This leadership role is responsible for supervising multidisciplinary rehab teams, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and driving quality patient care initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support rehab staff across all disciplines including PT, OT, and ST
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
- Lead and participate in facility and management meetings
- Assist with development and implementation of new rehab programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies, documentation standards, and chart audits
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to facility procedures
- Collaborate with facility leadership to improve rehab outcomes and operational goals
- Manage staff performance, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements
- Previous LTC or Rehab experience required
- Active PT, OT, or ST license required
- PTA/COTA candidates with strong leadership experience may be considered at a lower rate
- Active Massachusetts State License required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting required
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and rehab compliance
- Ability to oversee staff performance and maintain clinical excellence
Assignment Details
- Location: Haverhill, MA 01830
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- No Call Requirement
- No Weekend Requirement
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
