Salary: up to £44,646 per annum inclusive of market supplement pending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Electrical Engineering to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across Level 3 and HNC/HND programmes, helping learners develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in industry. You will work within a supportive, vibrant learning environment where your professional experience will be highly valued, and where you will be encouraged to grow and develop as an educator.

  • Time‑served engineers looking to transition into teaching support will be provided to complete a teaching qualification where required.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant, current industry experience
  • GCSE English and Maths (A*–C or equivalent)
  • A teaching or assessing qualification, or a willingness to achieve this within two years
