Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Studio Coordinator & Social Media Associate to support the day-to-day operations of Fieldswell Studios. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment—equally comfortable setting up podcast equipment, welcoming guests, and executing on social media content.


You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless studio experience while also supporting content creation and social media execution.


Key Responsibilities


Studio Operations & Guest Experience

- Open and prepare the studio for daily sessions

- Greet and welcome clients/guests, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience

- Set up and manage podcast recording equipment (cameras, audio, lighting)

- Assist guests with recording setup and basic troubleshooting

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio space


Content & Social Media Support

- Capture behind-the-scenes content (photo + video) during sessions

- Assist in filming short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

- Draft captions and support content scheduling

- Organize content assets and maintain a content library

- Stay on top of trends and contribute ideas for content


Administrative & Personal Support

- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general studio logistics

- Support the founder with day-to-day operational needs as needed


Qualifications

- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Comfortable using camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless preferred) and basic audio setup

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to take initiative and work independently

- Interest in wellness, media, or content creation is a plus

- Prior experience in a studio, production, or content environment preferred

- Part-time (15-20 hours a week) with room to expand

- On-site in Rancho Santa Fe, CA
