About the Opportunity:

  • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
  • Shift: Standard business hours
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Setting: Office and Remote

Responsibilities:

The Debit Card Dispute Resolution Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Handling debit card disputes and chargebacks
  • Understanding Visa/Mastercard regulations and compliance
  • Researching and analyzing transactions
  • Managing multiple cases with accuracy
  • Navigating dispute management systems

Qualifications:

  • Experience with debit card disputes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in dispute resolution (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard regulations
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

Desired Skills:
