Responsibilities:
The Debit Card Dispute Resolution Specialist will be responsible for:
- Handling debit card disputes and chargebacks
- Understanding Visa/Mastercard regulations and compliance
- Researching and analyzing transactions
- Managing multiple cases with accuracy
- Navigating dispute management systems
Qualifications:
- Experience with debit card disputes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in dispute resolution (if applicable)
- Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard regulations
- Experience with case management systems
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Desired Skills:
