Hybrid 2-3x per week downtown Chicago

Pay: $41/hr W2

Required Skills & Experience

Project & Workflow Experience

• Proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects in a high volume environment

• Comfortable overseeing many projects at once (20+), rather than the traditional PM model of one project at a time

• Experience working in environments where priorities shift quickly and timelines are compressed

• Marketing/ Digital environment experience

Tools & Systems

• Hands on experience using digital project management tools, such as:

Workfront (strongly preferred)

○ Monday.com

○ Asana (or similar platforms)

• Familiarity with Workfront is a strong advantage, particularly in paid marketing or enterprise marketing operations environments

Process & Operations Mindset

• Strong understanding of process driven execution - able to follow, enforce, and optimize workflows

• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, operationally intensive environment

• Demonstrated ability to bring structure, consistency, and momentum to complex workflows

• Belief that process adherence is critical to success, especially at scale

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working at a marketing agency

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Account Manager who functions as a Project Manager/ Coordinator supporting multiple projects at any given time for a marketing team for one of our top banking clients. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Chicago.

This role is responsible for overseeing a high volume of fast turnaround projects, coordinating across internal marketing, creative, and development teams, and ensuring work moves through defined processes efficiently and accurately. This role is less about traditional budget ownership and more about operational excellence, translation between teams, and process discipline. Success in this role is driven by the ability to manage complexity, prioritize constantly shifting workstreams, and act as the connective tissue between marketers, developers, and production teams.
