Project Manager (Arizona Relocation)

Your Impact

As the primary point of contact for our clients and production teams, you will directly support the leadership team by translating complex requirements into operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Oversight: Monitor production floor activities at customer stations to ensure all reworks, inspections, and assemblies meet strict quality standards.

• Technical Support: Verify flashing activities, maintain traceability records, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.

• Project Execution: Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing staff, timelines, deliverables, and parts inventory.

• Performance Reporting: Generate daily inspection reports and weekly KPI summaries, including risk mitigation and quality metrics.
• Commercial Support: Prepare and submit quotes/RFQs within 24 hours and identify new service opportunities during on-site operations.

• Experience: Proven background in manufacturing operations, project management, or resident engineering, ideally within the automotive sector.

• Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of automotive assembly and proficiency in project tracking tools.

• Leadership: Exceptional communication and people-management skills with the ability to train and motivate teams.

• Operational Agility: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across shifts in a factory environment.

📍 Location & Relocation

This position is on-site at client facilities in Arizona. Relocation to Arizona is required for this role, offering you the chance to be at the heart of the EV revolution in one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the U.S.
