Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets within a government contracting environment. This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of presenting data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
• Support financial and operational reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Assist in developing automated reporting processes and data models
• Prepare and present reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
