Technical Product Manager – Mission Critical Services

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Mobility, IoT & Mission Critical Services product line in TDC Erhverv. In this role, you will be a core driver in transforming 5G from bespoke, opportunity‑driven solutions into standardized, repeatable products that can be sold and delivered at scale.

This role is central to executing, where the focus is on productification, industrialization and commercial scaling of Mission Critical Services across public sector, healthcare, critical infrastructure, transport hubs and enterprise customers.

Core Responsibilities

As Technical Product Manager for Mission Critical Services, you will own the technical product direction from concept to scalable delivery. You will work closely with Commercial Product Managers, Sales, Operations and TDC NET to ensure that advanced 5G capabilities are packaged into clear, reliable and repeatable offerings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guide the technical productization of advanced 5G and Mission Critical Services
• Translate complex network and platform capabilities into standardized product architectures that can be built once and sold many times.
• Define and maintain reference architectures, technical building blocks and constraints to reduce custom presales effort and increase delivery predictability.
• Manage technical requirements and backlog for 5G products, coordinating business objectives, commercial approaches, and what is technically achievable.
• Work closely with TDC NET and internal technology teams to secure and integrate network enablers.
• Support the shift from project‑based solutions to portfolio‑driven growth, with clear packaging, limited configuration options and defined delivery models.
• Partner with the Commercial Product Manager and Sales team to enable scalable go‑to‑market, faster time‑to‑quote and improved gross profit through better product design.
• Monitor product performance, operational feedback and customer usage to continuously improve robustness, scalability and commercial performance.

• Supporting the Sales team and Commercial Product Manager with the right products and services

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a profile who thrives at the intersection of advanced network technology, product management and operational scalability.

You likely bring:

• Extensive experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role with responsibility for complex technical products.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications and 5G technologies, such as private networks, APN/DNN, network slicing, redundancy and high‑availability architectures.
• Experience with turning complex, customized solutions into standardized and repeatable product offerings.
• Ability to work directly with technical architecture while keeping a clear line of sight to business outcomes and gross profit.
• Effective stakeholder management skills – you can align network, IT, commercial and operational teams around a shared product direction.
• A structured, methodical and problem‑solving mindset, with focus on predictability, speed and scalability.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Mission Critical Services, public sector customers or large enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
