About the role

We are looking for a Software Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of the software products and online services that complement our ergonomic and hygienic mice and keyboards lineups. In this role, reporting to VP Product Management and Product Strategy, you will bridge user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities — turning insights from research, analytics, and direct feedback into intuitive desktop applications and cloud-based experiences that will set our products apart.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all software and digital services tied to our hardware portfolio
• Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation and specification through development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Uncover unarticulated user needs through market research, observation, data analytics, and direct customer engagement
• Partner with different teams; Engineering, UI/UX design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure aligned priorities and successful, on-time delivery
• Translate business and user requirements into clear feature definitions and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to explore AI driven features that enhance the user experience
• Track product performance via KPIs and analytics; iterate rapidly based on data and feedback
• Support go-to-market planning and execution for new releases and feature updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or MS a plus)
• Proven experience with software product management within consumer electronics or tech-driven industries, preferably desk-top applications
• Solid technical literacy spanning software development, hardware integration, and AI/ML concepts
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools such as Jira, Figma, or Asana
• Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze user data, and translate findings into product decisions
• Self-driven, strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a passion for technology and user-centric innovation
