Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in the creation, planning, and execution of menus.
- Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of new crew members, fostering a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment.
- Lead by example, contributing to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing strong initiative and leadership skills.
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
- Extensive experience working in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for cooking, creativity, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
