About The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack or Front-End Developer with 5+ of experience to join an exciting new internal project team reporting directly into our Chief of Staff in our new Delta Team function to help develop an internal Client Relationship Management system.

You'll be helping all the teams evolve, fix and integrate their tools for better speed of development. We're looking for a passionate and talented engineer with a strong foundation in React for front-end development. On the back end, experience with .NET with basic NodeJs understanding and PostgreSQL is a must.

Beyond the core stack, you should also have experience with:

• Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Version control using Git on Bitbucket
• Experience with tools like Jira is a plus
• API design (RESTful APIs)
• Cloud platforms GCP
• Containerization with Docker is a plus
• Experience with AI IDE tools like GitHub or Cursor is a plus
• Experience with compliance implementation: GDPR, SOC2
