We are looking for an eager and high-performing individual to work on regulatory and strategic projects within our group, with a focus on delivering impactful business outcomes. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business transformation initiatives, build foundational skills, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
What will you do?
- Assist in developing relationships within the Business, Functions, and across RBC segments by supporting senior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
- Create and maintain core project artefacts, meeting minutes, reports, and status updates as directed
- Help prepare presentation materials to communicate project progress for key stakeholders and management
- Conduct data entry, analysis, and verification tasks to support project execution
- Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation
- Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or a related field required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or internship/co-op experience in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to build relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- An understanding of Capital Markets or interest in developing knowledge in the financial industry
- Exposure to project management methodologies or tools is an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00
