The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food preparation and food production is carried out to the highest standards.
The role will involve assisting the head chef and the wider kitchen team ensuring delivery of the highest standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Kitchen covering all aspects of the kitchen and a great understanding of HACCP
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the property.
- Assist the Head Chef and the Wider Kitchen Team.
- Lead by example in excellent food production
- Support the kitchen operations
- To be knowledgeable and help the kitchen in its day to day running.
- Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest's standards and expectations.
- Collaborate and join in with discussions about the menu and present any ideas for the menu to assist the Hotel.
