In your day-to-day work, you will Serve as a key contact in the Business Partner area, managing a high volume of requests ; Create, compile, and analyze HR metrics , proposing improvement actions based on the data; Monitor the entire Performance Management cycle and lead calibration committees with the business units; Support onboarding and offboarding processes; Lead and support strategic projects in the area; Prepare executive presentations and management reports ; Manage openings, terminations and intern management ; Support Business Partners on strategic topics and initiatives with the business ; Lead and develop a team of analysts.
