Job DescriptionThe Manager Digital Health Product and Analytics is responsible for the operational ownership of digital health products with a strong focus on data, analytics, and measurable outcomes. This role defines product strategy, manages the roadmap and backlog, and uses data to guide decision-making, prioritize features, and continuously improve performance. The Product Manager partners with IT, clinical operations, marketing, and patient experience teams to deliver solutions that improve patient access, digital engagement, and operational efficiency. Primary areas of focus include Epic digital capabilities (MyChart, Cheers Call Management and Campaigns), digital front door experience, and AI-enabled solutions, with accountability for driving adoption, conversion, and access outcomes.Education And Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Analytics, or related field required.
Experience
3 to 7 years of experience in Digital product management, healthcare analytics, or health IT required. Experience with data, dashboards, and performance metrics required. Experience with Epic or similar platforms preferred. Experience in Agile environments preferred.
