Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and enforce IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection protocols).
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and business continuity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and technical support.
- Oversee and coordinate repair workflows, ensuring proper validation and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Verify system performance and stability after maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and security best practices.
- Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades (RAM, storage, batteries, and internal components).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with security solutions (pfSense, MikroTik, FortiGate, antivirus software, data encryption).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience supporting marketing or SEO teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
Working Hours: 9 hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), including a 1-hour break
