With ownership of project-level marketing initiatives, the Specialist ensures campaigns are coordinated, delivered on schedule, and aligned with overall strategy. The role requires strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and development teams, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and quality.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact real estate projects, shaping how developments are positioned and brought to market. You will work across the full marketing lifecycle—from early-stage planning through to campaign execution and launch—gaining exposure to both strategy and delivery.
The role offers the chance to build expertise in integrated marketing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strengthen your ability to drive results through data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, development, or product marketing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
