What we do

Mirage Metrics builds AI systems that run real operations.

We deploy AI agents and custom software directly into industrial environments. Our systems integrate with existing stacks (ERP, TMS, emails, documents, databases) and replace manual workflows.

Focus industries:

• Logistics
• Mining
• Construction
• Manufacturing
• Banking

This is deployment work. Not prototypes.

Role

You will design, build, and deploy AI systems used daily by operators.

You will:

• Build AI agents that read, structure, and act on real-world data
• Integrate with ERPs, internal tools, and legacy systems
• Work on document-heavy workflows (PDFs, emails, reports)
• Deploy systems in production environments (cloud or on-prem)
• Iterate directly from operational feedback

You will be responsible for taking systems from idea to production.

What you’ll work on

Typical projects:

• Automating order intake and logistics workflows
• Extracting and structuring financial and operational documents
• Building AI copilots for internal teams
• Designing data pipelines across fragmented systems
• Deploying LLM-based systems in secure environments

Work spans:

• Data ingestion and processing
• Model integration (LLMs, OCR, ML)
• Backend systems and APIs
• Deployment and monitoring

Profile

We are looking for engineers who can ship.

Requirements:

• Strong Python skills
• Solid backend experience (APIs, databases, system design)
• Experience working with real-world data (not clean datasets)
• Familiarity with LLMs, OCR, or applied ML
• Ability to debug and deliver in production environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP / cloud infrastructure
• Experience integrating with ERPs or enterprise systems
• Exposure to logistics, industrial, or financial workflows
