Accountant

Accounting Specialist – French Speaker

We are currently looking for 2 Accounting Specialists to join an international team within the Management Control and Accounting department.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end expense reporting process while working closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the entire expense reporting process
• Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools
• Create and update employee files and information
• Provide support and training to employees regarding expense management processes
• Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems
• Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare tax-related documentation
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and cyclical audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Experience interpreting financial statements and accounting data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• French is mandatory

Salary

• Salary range between 1,800€ and 3,000€ gross/month, depending on experience
