Business Development- Home Healthcare Opportunity Description


Our client is a established provider of Concierge Home Care services. They have a current opening for a Business Development Representative based near the Stamford, CT area. Local candidates with referral source relationships that will refer to private duty premier white glove companion services required.


Business Development- Home Healthcare Job Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in relationship management, hospitality business development, senior services, community partnerships, or wealth management organizations
  • Proven experience building and maintaining referral source relationships
  • Private duty Home healthcare business Development experience a plus

Business Development - Home Healthcare Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with elderly clients, adult children, and key referral sources (e.g., elder law attorneys, wealth advisors, care managers, senior living communities).
  • Educate prospective clients and families on concierge private‑pay home care services, emphasizing quality of care, personalization, and lifestyle support.
  • Drive new business through community outreach, networking events, and in‑person meetings within affluent residential and professional communities.
