Position Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google SEO, content strategy, social media management, and emerging AI-driven SEO techniques. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative execution and stays ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Manage website content, including landing pages, blogs, and service pages.
• Oversee content calendar creation and execution aligned with SEO goals.
• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Implement and optimize AI-driven SEO strategies (content generation, SERP analysis, automation tools).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, digital trends, and AI advancements.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic growth.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and paid/organic campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or local service industries.
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, citations).
• Basic understanding of PPC/Google Ads is a plus.
