Regional Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a growing, multi-location service organization looking to add a Local Market Marketing Manager to support one of its key regions in PA/NJ. This role is focused on connecting marketing efforts directly to business outcomes, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact at the local level.

You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, customer support, and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with real-time business needs and market opportunity.

This role will have you traveling to various branches within the PA/NJ area (Boothwyn, Horsham, Mt. Laurel and East Hanover) approximately 25% of your time with the rest being able to work from home and offers a competitive base salary, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance across specific territories and ZIP codes to uncover trends and areas for growth
• Execute and support localized marketing efforts including partnerships, events, and community initiatives
• Align campaigns with operational capacity, seasonal trends, and service priorities
• Partner closely with regional leadership to improve performance across multiple service lines
• Monitor and enhance local brand presence including reviews, ratings, and overall reputation
• Support initiatives that drive customer retention and membership or service plan growth
• Collaborate with customer support teams to improve conversion rates and lead handling
• Ensure marketing strategies reflect the needs and nuances of each local market

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or market-focused roles
• Bachelor's Degree
• Background supporting service-based or multi-location businesses
• Experience with Google My Business, Google Analytics, Service Titan preferred
• Industry experience within home services or similar environments preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to regional branch locations across PA/NJ (Boothwyn, Horsham, Mt. Laurel, East Hanover), with flexibility to work from home the rest of the time
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and customer-facing teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
