- Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.
- Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical and product roles.
- Optimizing our recruitment pipeline to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to showcase what makes Lexroom.ai a great place to work.
- Collaborating with our leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights.
- 2-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for Sales roles like Account Executive, SDR, Sales Manager.
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus!
- Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics. Experience with Ashby is a plus.
- A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
