- Very Strong understanding of Oracle Identity and Access Management suite 10g/11g. - Should Serve as key member of Oracle Identity Management implementation team. - Should play a vital role in engaging the activities and manage the team in Designing, Implementation phases. - Strong Experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle IAM products Suite on Unix/Linux platform. - Design and architect overall IAM solution using Oracle’s stack and understand interoperability from an architectural and design perspective. - Strong Experience with Oracle Identity Management 11g (OIM), Oracle Access Management 11g - (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory 11g (OUD), Oracle Virtual Directory 11g (OVD), Oracle Enterprise - Manager 11g (OEM) and Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). - Should have Experience in architecting and deploying Identity and Access Management, LDAP - Directories, Single Sign - On (SSO), Provisioning and De-Provisioning/Identity Workflows, Access Management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), Authentication and Authorization as well as custom- built security and technology frameworks. - Should have Involved in end-to-end implementation of IAM solution using Oracle suite of Identity and - Access Management that includes requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, maintenance and upgrades. - Should have experience in integrating web applications through OAM and External applications through SAML and Identity Federation. - Required knowledge in virtualization tools used to develop proof of concept solutions leveraging - VMWare Workstation, Oracle VirtualBox, VMWare vSphere and Oracle VM Server. - Should have Experience in Architecting user provisioning, multi - factor authentication and authorization, compliance and governance, web and single sign-on and privileged user management for elevated servers, databases, and applications to support compliance and regulatory standards. - Exceptional understanding OIM UI Customization using Oracle ADF Task flow hands-on is a must. - Must have experience with designing and customizing SOA Workflows. - Required knowledge in Developing Custom Connectors and frameworks. - Solid Knowledge development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using a Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine. - Must have hands on experience Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 11g) and BI Publisher development - including Provisioning, De-provisioning, Reconciliation functions of OIM. - Experience on WebLogic configuration, clusters and servers management. - Good understanding on Java code to troubleshoot OIM outofthebox(OOTB) code and to use OIM APIs. - Strong SQL and Java development skills. - Understanding on installation, implementation on different out of box connectors like Active directory and - should have ability to work on custom connectors. - Understanding of and experience in Agile and Lean methodologies. - Additional Knowledge in AWS is advantage with AWS Certification. - Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high- availability and performance. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Technical input, advising, and assisting with designs, enhancements, requirements. - Technical Influence being able to offer experience and knowledge to assist others in making decisions. - Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
