Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time Property Accountant to join our team on-site in Garden Grove, CA. The Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, managing journal entries, and handling financial reporting. This role involves collaborating with property management teams, supporting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Journal Entries and general Accounting processes
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate accounting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
