Job Description
One of the country’s largest technology organizations is searching for a technically skilled Product Manager to join their Product Excellence team, leading the revolution in AI-powered tools for product management across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to play a key role in advancing best practices, driving organization-wide adoption, and shaping how a forward-thinking company integrates artificial intelligence into daily workflows. In this role, you’ll work at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI platforms, architecting solutions that deliver real impact and enable teams to operate with new levels of speed, quality, and consistency.
This exciting opportunity to spearhead AI tool adoption begins as a W2 contract spanning 6 months with potential for extension or conversion.
- Lead the evaluation, development, and scaling of AI-powered tools supporting enterprise product management practices
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to identify workflow opportunities and implement effective AI enhancements
- Design, author, and continuously refine prompts, configurations, and templates to deliver reliable, high-quality outputs
- Manage a prioritized backlog for tool improvements drawn from user feedback, testing, and organizational needs
- Develop and execute rigorous testing strategies, including regression, edge-case analysis, and output evaluation
- Define and track output quality metrics such as accuracy and relevancy, ensuring tools align with enterprise standards
- Establish release cadence and version control for all tools, maintaining traceability through GitHub
- Prepare training content, walkthroughs, and guidance to drive engagement and successful AI tool adoption organization-wide
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or similar LLM-based tools)
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and release management
- Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Figma for backlog, documentation, and design integration
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite for communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean product development
- Background in developer relations, technical writing, or enablement roles is advantageous
- Enterprise product management experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or technology sectors, is a plus
- Experience creating video walkthroughs, delivering training, or crafting e-learning content preferred
- Strong collaboration, iterative design, and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
