We are looking for someone to work in the areas of software sales, with the ability to provide sales support & software testing.

Experience and skill are required in one of the areas: IT, software development, software testing, bookkeeping or science. To succeed on this role, you will need excellent sales communication skills and internal drive for results.

You will work as a Software Sales Partner Manager and Technical Support professional, specializing in Invoice Data AI, Ordering & Approval Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales outside our existing channels. Build strong expertise in EzzyBills and its integrationso (Xero, Simpro, Cin7 and other accounting and job management software)
• Engage and convert free trial users through phone and email outreach
• Lead onboarding demos and guide customers through initial setup
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to close deals
• Provide technical guidance to support customers and accelerate decision-making
• Collaborate with Support and Development teams to deliver customised solutions
• Use AI tools to develop code and deliver customised automation tasks for customers
• Manage and grow existing accounts to drive retention and expansion
• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or accounting, or science.
• Excellent sales communication skill (both in speaking & writing)
• Min 3 years of solid experience as Software developer
• Experience in Sales: Candidates must have prior experience in a sales role
