About the role As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive launch excellence for a first‑in‑class therapy in a specialist Neuro‑Oncology setting
  • Execute a clear territory strategy across WA/SA, ensuring strong hospital and specialist engagement
  • Build capability in hospital account management, patient pathways and multidisciplinary care
  • Partner closely with medical, marketing and commercial teams to deliver integrated execution
  • Maintain regular field time across key hospital accounts to support access, education and uptake
  • Leverage market insights, clinical knowledge and existing relationships to maximise launch success and long‑term growth


What you’ll bring

  • Strong oncology experience (Neuro‑Oncology experience welcome but not essential)
  • Degree in science, pharmacy or healthcare
  • Significant pharmaceutical industry experience within specialty care
  • Deep understanding of hospital systems, oncology pathways and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven success in specialty sales, account management and influencing clinical decision‑making
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism suited to sensitive oncology environments
  • Ability to contribute strong relationships and market intelligence
  • Comfort with a high‑travel, field‑focused role, can be based in Perth or Adelaide.
