- Participate in the strategy process to build the mid and short-term strategy for the Business Area Pharma
- Analyzing the competitive landscape & creating market outlooks
- Identification of ecosystem partnership and investment targets
- Developing and assessing business models
- Preparing documentation on top management level as basis for Körber Group executive board level
- You own and lead strategic initiatives and roadmaps with high growth impact in collaboration with Körber Pharma Management
- You will steer and consult on go-to-market strategy workstreams for business units and competence centers in a matrix organization
- You will work in cross-functional teams to implement the overall strategy of the Business Area
- Project leadership for selected strategic projects in direct co-operation with members of the leadership team
- Support and daily interactions with relevant executive stakeholder across the Business Area Pharma
- Support in establishing, professionalizing, and harmonizing processes around Business Development
- Master's degree or equivalent in business, economics, engineering or related fields
- Project Manager or Consultant with overall more than 3 years experience in strategy consulting or industry (e.g. Industrial goods, Pharma, etc.)
- Previous working experience in consumer health and/or the pharmaceutical industry preferred but also other industrial verticals would be relevant
- A strong business orientation with the ability to successfully align generated data with the strategic and practical demands of the business
- Ability to see opportunities and possibilities where others see barriers and constraints
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high curiosity
- High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Strong stakeholder relation management skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
- Strong project and process management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and further business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Fluency in German and English in both, verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel
