This internship is an opportunity to work directly with the founder in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with exposure to executive search, market research, branding, content, and business building within the life sciences industry.

LOCATION

• Remote internship

• Preference for candidates located in New Jersey, New York City, or nearby areas

• Opportunity to meet in person once per week preferred

COMPENSATION

MARKETING COORDINATOR INTERN

Bongene is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator Intern to support branding, content creation, social media growth, podcast/media initiatives, and marketing operations.

This role is ideal for students interested in marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, communications, content creation, and social media.

You will work closely with the founder on projects related to LinkedIn growth, life sciences thought leadership, podcast support, and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with LinkedIn and social media content formatting and scheduling

• Support short-form video clipping and content organization

• Help create graphics and visual assets using Canva

• Organize content calendars and marketing workflows

• Research industry topics and social media trends

• Assist with podcast and newsletter coordination

• Track engagement metrics and content performance

• Support branding and website-related projects

• Help maintain organized internal marketing systems

Ideal Candidate

• Current college student or recent graduate

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Interest in branding, media, entrepreneurship, or life sciences

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or short-form content platforms is a plus

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Creative thinker with strong follow-through
