Serves as a versatile resource capable of quickly integrating into diverse teams, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining productivity in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documentation and reports, supporting departmental projects, and handling day-to-day administrative functions as needed. This role is essential in maintaining seamless workflow coverage during staffing gaps, peak workloads, or special initiatives, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and assignments as needed
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare management systems
- Administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare or related setting
