Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Rehab Office Coordinator at our senior community in Sauk City, WI. This role offers a consistent schedule of approximately 28–29 hours per week, combining administrative coordination with resident wellness support.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our expanding therapy team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for therapy services
  • Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate therapist calendars
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply tracking
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapy staff, and facility team members
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
  • Lead and support resident wellness activities, including seated exercise groups and use of equipment such as Omni Cycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
  • Previous experience with patient or resident interaction is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate
  • Interest in supporting senior wellness and engagement activities

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
