You'll work directly alongside the founder - inheriting a warm, existing client base from day one. And behind you sits the full weight of Empiric: an award-winning global agency, a proven playbook, and a Head of L&D flying from London to Tampa to deliver your training in person.

In the role:

A 360° sales role in a specialist market - you'll work both sides of every deal.


  • Building a pipeline of in-demand Snowflake talent
  • Running sharp discovery and qualification conversations with both clients and candidates
  • Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end: outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Mapping your territory, planning outreach campaigns, and leading client conversations
  • Becoming the subject-matter expert your market turns to for insight, introductions, and advice


Who we're looking for:

Recent graduates, early-career sales professionals, collegiate athletes, and more. We hire on attitude, drive and potential - experience is a bonus, hunger is non-negotiable.


  • Competitive and coachable - you thrive on achieving goals and take feedback as fuel
  • Commercially curious, a strong communicator - confident on the phone, compelling in writing, credible in front of senior stakeholders
  • Resilient - you bounce back fast and never let a slow day define your week
  • Action-oriented - you default to doing, not deliberating


Any experience in sales - Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, customer success, or high-volume sales outreach role is a plus - but not required.
