Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate office assets for new employees, including laptops, monitors, work phones, access cards, and other office equipment.
  • 负责新员工入职相关办公资产的采购与准备,包括电脑、显示器、工作手机、门禁卡及其他办公设备等。
  • Assist with administrative payment requests, invoice checks, and supplier communication related to the office, company vehicles, employee accommodation, property management, and other administrative suppliers.
  • 协助处理行政相关付款申请、发票核对及沟通工作,涉及办公室、公司车辆、员工宿舍、物业及其他行政供应商。
  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register, and support daily management of company vehicles, including usage coordination, maintenance appointments, and repair follow-up.
  • 负责固定资产台账的维护与更新,协助公司车辆的日常管理、使用协调、保养预约及维修跟进。
  • Assist with the daily management and maintenance of the office, showroom, and meeting rooms, including property communication, safety inspection documentation, and workplace environment maintenance.
  • 协助办公室、展厅及会议室的日常管理与维护,支持物业沟通、安全检查资料准备及办公环境维护。
  • Provide administrative support for customer visits, including temporary parking applications, hotel bookings, coffee break preparation, meeting room arrangements, and post-meeting follow-up; support exhibition-related administration such as hotels, buses, materials, and other coordination tasks.
  • 负责客户来访期间的行政支持,包括临时车位申请、酒店预订、茶歇准备、会议室安排及会后整理;同时协助展会期间酒店、大巴、物资及其他行政事项的对接。


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not limited. At least 1 year of experience in administration, office management, or operations support is preferred.
  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限;具备 1 年以上行政、办公室管理或运营支持相关经验者优先。
  • Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese, with good communication skills in German and English to support daily communication across countries and cultures.
  • 中文为母语或接近母语水平,同时具备良好的德语及英语沟通能力,能够支持跨国家、跨文化团队的日常沟通。
  • Strong communication, coordination, execution, and service mindset, with the ability to proactively drive administrative tasks to completion.
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和服务意识,能够主动推动行政事项落地。
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and responsible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain strong follow-up habits.
  • 工作细致严谨,责任心强,能够处理多任务并保持良好的跟进习惯。
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-growing international business environment; a valid German or European driving licence is preferred.
