We are currently seeking a full-time, in office, Salesforce Administrator II for our West Jordan, UT location!
As a Salesforce Administrator II, you will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of Salesforce by leveraging your proficiency and experience with Salesforce, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible to learn company processes and work with end users and external support teams to adapt and implement existing processes and define, build, test, deploy, and maintain new processes. You will be part of the team that is responsible for streamlining, training, troubleshooting, and supporting all departments utilizing the Salesforce Field Services, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud software.
Duties Include
- Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert to:
- Configure, create, and maintain system users, role hierarchies, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, etc.
- Streamline, document, and train on new and existing processes.
- Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges and issues.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather requirements, design solutions, perform thorough regression testing, and implement improvements according to the business needs using agile methodology.
- Hands on administrative experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Field Service Cloud: user management, role hierarchy, system configuration, creating custom fields/workflows, end user support. (Required)
- Salesforce Admin certification(s) (Preferred)
- Software troubleshooting experience (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. (Required)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders. (Required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously based on priorities and deadlines (Required)
- Proficient in Excel (Required)
- Experience Using Agile methodology
- Training/coaching experience (Preferred)
- Process requirement gathering and software implementation experience (Preferred)
