Tutt Bryant Equipment, the National distributor of Metso Lokotrack, Nordtrack, Nordwheeler & Jonsson Crushing & Screening Equipment and McClosksey Environmental equipment seeks a professional Account Manager to join their growing team, based in NSW.

Key attributes for success in this role ideally include, but not limited to:

  • Extensive knowledge of the crushing industry with excellent solution selling sales skills.
  • Professional approach and presentation in dealing with a broad customer base.
  • Operational crushing & screening experience will be well considered.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with territory management experience, they must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The role includes considerable autonomy so the candidate must be able to manage their own time to maximum effect to exceed the sales targets.
  • This capital sales role needs to work with the local Crushing & Screening Aftersales & Service staff to provide holistic support to the customers.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, focused, energetic and results driven individual, keen to make a long term commitment to the position. The ability to communicate the long term value of a premium product is paramount. Ideally, the candidate will have an existing network of industry contacts in Victoria & Tasmania.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, which includes a fully maintained company vehicle and lucrative commission structure on equipment sales. Extensive product training & information will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure their start is a positive one.
