You will oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and minor project works, partnering with supply chain providers to achieve contractual outcomes, and remain operationally hands-on when required while retaining full managerial accountability for performance, compliance and reporting.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day planning and scheduling for hard and soft services, ensuring service standards, KPIs and targets are achieved.

Own the account P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, site inspections and clear, solutions-focused communication.

Drive a continuous improvement culture across the account, leveraging feedback, data and lessons learned to uplift service outcomes.

Develop and maintain account playbooks/operations manuals, standard operating procedures, and emergency/contingency plans.

Ensure statutory, policy and contractual compliance, including governance processes, risk registers and periodic gap analysis.

Drive QHSE leadership across the account: implementation planning, reporting, incident management and alignment to client requirements.

Lead, coach and develop the on-account team, including recruitment, performance management, training compliance and succession planning.

What You'll Need

Degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Property, or a related field, with 6+ years experience in a senior, property-based facilities role.

Superior relationship-building and stakeholder management skills are paramount, including the ability to influence outcomes, manage expectations, resolve issues/conflict, and build trusted partnerships across clients, contractors and internal teams.

Proven experience leading and developing teams in a service delivery environment.

Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation, essential services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements and relevant Australian Standards.

Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business analysis/reporting.
