About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to work on growth charters within Paytm Insurance. This role is ideal for high-potential candidates who are analytically strong, structured thinkers, and eager to own scoped product problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

  Drive well-defined problem statements within acquisition or conversion funnels

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in planning and executing A/B tests and experiments

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ship improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Build reports and dashboards to track feature performance

  
  


• 
  

  Support cross-sell, engagement, and retention initiatives

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  1–3 years of experience (product, analytics, consulting, growth, or relevant internships)

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Structured thinking with comfort in data analysis

  Ability to independently drive scoped initiatives

  Strong written and verbal communication skills
