The successful candidate will drive profitable sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with Industrial Contractors, Universities, Colleges, School Boards, Hospitals, Government Agencies, and Large Manufacturing / Industrial Facilities.
Using professional selling skills, the Account Manager will identify customer needs, promote Noble’s strengths and capabilities, and increase customer spend, loyalty, and long-term customer retention.

How You Contribute To Noble's Success
- Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives within the Industrial, Institutional, and MRO market segments
- Utilize professional selling techniques to identify customer needs and develop strong customer relationships that drive profitable growth, loyalty, and retention within the assigned territory
- Complete a minimum of 20-25 strategic and productive sales calls per week
- Identify, classify, and prioritize account opportunities by establishing call frequencies and action plans
- Work closely with the Director of Industrial Sales on territory strategy and joint sales initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Communicate market pricing, customer needs, competitor activity, and service-related issues to management
- Effectively promote Noble’s value proposition, products, services, and brand
- Continuously profile customers and generate new business opportunities and leads
- Coordinate internal company resources to successfully close sales opportunities and effectively manage the territory
- Work closely with local profit centre networks to facilitate sales growth and superior customer support
- Assist internal departments and teams when required
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of Industrial, Institutional, or MRO sales experience preferred
- Experience selling Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Plumbing products preferred
- Proven ability to work independently with strong self-management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, initiative, and results-oriented mindset
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and effectively
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Well organized with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team-oriented and comfortable working within a collaborative sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Post-secondary education preferred
