Location: Everette, WA (onsite)
Duration: 4–6 Months Contract-to-Hire
This onsite opportunity is for an Analyst supporting CADD/PLM systems, working within a company focused on engineering and design operations. The role centers around Autodesk technologies (Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, Vault, Fusion Manage) and involves automation through scripting (VBA, iLogic, C#, Python). This is a contract-to-hire position requiring both technical acumen and strong business analysis capabilities.
This role stands out for its blend of technical engineering systems work and high-impact business interaction. You'll act as a key bridge between engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, helping shape how design systems evolve. Contract Duration: 4 – 6 Months to hire
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience with business applications and systems analysis (flexible based on candidate strength)
· Experience with Autodesk tools (Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, Vault, Fusion Manage)
· Scripting or automation experience (VBA, iLogic, C#, Python)
· Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and documentation
· Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
Desired Skills & Experience
· PLM system expertise (highly preferred)
· Experience supporting engineering or design environments
· Background in CAD/CADD administration or systems support
· Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools
· Prior experience in system integrations and automation initiatives
