Title: Project Manager – Wireless Telecommunications

Location: Atlanta, GA 30319 (Hybrid 1-2 days per week)

Duration: 5-6 months contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a Project Manager to support wireless telecommunications projects from application intake through lease execution and construction readiness. This role will manage high-volume project workflows while coordinating across leasing, regulatory, construction, and corporate real estate teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ active wireless telecommunications projects through full lifecycle execution
• Coordinate leasing, regulatory, zoning, and construction-related activities across internal and external stakeholders
• Review and approve co-location and modification applications for lease and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis reviews, and market approvals to maintain SLA timelines
• Support pricing analysis, approval processes, and lease negotiations
• Partner with corporate real estate teams to secure approvals and maintain project momentum
• Assist with lease drafting, exhibit accuracy, compliance documentation, and execution processes
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and job aid creation

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of Project Management or Telecommunications industry experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience supporting wireless telecom, leasing, construction, or regulatory projects preferred

• Basic computer proficiency
