Sales/Talent Manager – Accounting & Finance Practice
Location: Atlanta, GA (near Hartsfield‑Jackson Airport)
Overview
We are expanding our Accounting & Finance practice and seeking a driven, people‑focused Talent Manager to join our team. This role supports the largest territory in Georgia and plays a key part in identifying top accounting and finance talent, developing client relationships, and driving market growth.
The ideal candidate brings a foundation in accounting or finance but is excited to build a career in sales, marketing, and talent strategy—connecting skilled professionals with impactful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the territory.
- Conduct outreach, client meetings, and territory marketing to uncover new hiring needs.
- Consult with clients on staffing strategy, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure strong alignment between client needs and candidate delivery.
Sales & Marketing Execution
- Lead outbound marketing campaigns to promote top talent and expand brand awareness in the market.
- Manage candidate marketing efforts, including skill‑based profiles and targeted outreach.
- Participate in networking events, trade groups, association meetings, and community involvement to build relationships and increase visibility.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Recruit, interview, and assess accounting and finance professionals across various skill levels.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Provide coaching, resume guidance, and market insight to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Match qualified talent with open job orders based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR direct experience working in an accounting or finance field.
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance field.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, METRICS-DRIVEN, team‑oriented environment.
