The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and a key partner to the sales team, contributing to revenue growth, solution innovation, and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical presales support to sales teams throughout the full sales lifecycle (qualification to closure)
- Assist in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing cybersecurity opportunities across sectors
- Deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and stakeholders
- Support marketing initiatives to increase awareness of cybersecurity offerings and vendor solutions
- Architect end-to-end cybersecurity solutions covering:
- Datacenter & Infrastructure Security
- Network Security
- Endpoint & End-User Security
- Cloud Security
- Mobility Security
- Managed Security Services (MSS)
- Develop technical proposals and respond to RFI/RFPs in collaboration with the bid management team
- Create solution designs, BOMs, cost models, and technical documentation
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity during sales campaigns
- Advise clients on:
- Security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA, SAMA where applicable)
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Best practices and compliance requirements in KSA
- Position governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services and security technologies aligned with client strategies.
- Work closely with internal delivery and engineering teams to validate solutions and estimates
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities
- Participate in internal governance and solution review boards.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with cybersecurity vendors and partners
- Stay up to date with vendor technologies, certifications, and product roadmaps
- Support alliances and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Science in Information Technology / Computer Networks and Cybersecurity
- 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales / Solutions Consulting
- Presales and solution architecture
- IT outsourcing and managed services
- Vendor engagement and alliances
- Strong exposure to enterprise cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains
- Experience in handling large-scale bids (RFP/RFI) and enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of:
- Network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust)
- Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP security frameworks)
- Endpoint protection and EDR/XDR
- Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM)
- SIEM, SOC, and threat intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements in KSA (e.g., NCA, SAMA)
