Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, corporations, HR departments)
- Generate leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals
- Conduct product demos and presentations of Paylalo
- Explain features such as payroll automation, timekeeping, overtime, and benefits tracking
- Customize solutions based on client needs
- Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers
- Handle inquiries, proposals, and negotiations
- Provide after-sales support and onboarding coordination
- Understand competitor payroll systems and fintech trends
- Provide feedback to improve product positioning
- Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- At least 13 years experience in sales, preferably in:
- Fintech
- SaaS / Software
- Payroll / HR systems
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Experience in B2B selling is highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and can easily understand software products
- Results-driven with strong closing ability
