Process Excellence Lead-Hybrid

Work set up: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)

Work shift: Night Shift

Salary: Up to 68K but open for salary negotiation

Site Assignment: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City & Tech Tower, Cebu City

Non-Negotiable

• At least 2 years in College / Preferred College Graduate Degree
• Selling point The successful candidate will be trained for Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (company-paid)
• Required at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 57 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing, engineering, etc.)

Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.

Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.

Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with Quality and other aspects.

Drive ideation and small- and large-scale projects.

Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / MBB (from reputed certification bodies or companies).

Deep knowledge in Six Sigma methodology and process improvement (at least 5 years of experience).

New transition management (metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking, and reporting).

Well-versed in Excel and Minitab.

Process automation knowledge in terms of identification and applicability, assessment, and program management.

Exposure in data analytics is an added advantage.

Healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.) is an advantage.
