What you’ll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations in the power, utility, telco, and transportation sectors.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
Accurately forecast sales pipelines and revenue, providing regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success teams, and Partners to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the DACH region.
Represent OverIT at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
What you’ll need
Proven track record of personally driving, closing, and expanding complex, 7-figure enterprise SaaS or enterprise software deals within the DACH region as an individual contributor.
Deep understanding of the DACH market, with a specific, proven history of selling complex solutions to organizations in the power, utility, telco, or transportation sectors.
An established, active network of C-level and senior executive contacts within relevant industries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Native or business-fluent German and professional English skills, with the ability to negotiate high-stakes contracts in both languages.
Demonstrated ability to command a room, challenge the status quo, and guide complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees through long, strategic sales cycles.
Strong proficiency in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to accurately forecast pipelines and align OverIT's ROI with the client's strategic vision.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
